If Bella had just made it clear and memorable enough the first time, we wouldn't have to keep hearing how perfect Edward is.
And my Edward is skinny. I like him that way. He's pretty. Deal with it.
SOOOO, in case you couldn't tell I have finally given in to my friends insisting that I should read Twilight. I read it this week and I BOTH liked and disliked it. So please no accusing me of being biased in the way of vampiric literature, which I don't normally read anyway.
I drew most of this during a work meeting, and let me tell you, it was FUN to draw, heehee. Now I need to design an OC that has Edward's face.
If I cared more, the artistic quality of this would be better. But it isn't. My favorite part is how their notebooks vanish in the second frame and are never seen again.
P.S. Part of why I drew this was because I was watching an old video of my high school musical "Bye Bye Birdie" in which I was the irritating fanclub leader (my least favorite role ever, but I did a good job). I decided "Hmmm, what if Bella acted that way? It would've made me like her more." So here is fangirl Bella, who was undescribably entertaining to draw.
THIS IS MADE OF SO MUCH WIN I CAN'T EVEN DESCRIBE IT! And the best part is that it's all TRUE!! I honest-to-God laughed out loud while I was reading this...

This is pretty good . I never read Twilight yet,but I flipped through one of the books and it kinda made me bored, don't get me wrong though,I'm into the whole paranormal thing but Twilight seems a little odd. Who knows? I might read it soon, lol. Well I surley love this comic you made, its pretty good,I should do a comic of my own,XD!
OMG. That's so funny, yet so true! Oh, and you'll love the Twilight series, trust me. I finished the last one a month ago... the day after it came out.

I felt the exact same way...I disliked it because, for god's sake, it's a reallllly stupid idea. he sparkles? wtf. it's a great love story, but the plot is sooooo slow. I like how she wrote, though.
And i love how breathtakingly sexy you draw Edward!! The actor who plays him looks like a total nasty.

I know what you mean. It's an easy read. No real depth you know?
And is it weird that at the end the first thing I thought was "I want Bella's shoes?" xD

I was hoping that she wouldn't win Edward so quickly. The "chase" is the most fun to read. She won the guy too soon. The second half of the book was all anticlimatic mushiness.
I want her shoes too.

I was pretty okay with the book until he took off his shirt and sparkled. I seriously burst out laughing when I read that part. I liked Edward's character a lot, but Bella just wasn't in anyway convincing or likeable, and nobody ever did find out what Edward saw in her, since the rest of us can't figure out what makes her so special. Perhaps she seemed like the best victim? I noticed how Edward kept asking to make sure she had no life. And my biggest mif is how she won the guy so soon in the story. There wasn't enough struggle to catch him, and everything was simply too convienient for her, too easy. Once he was hers, I started losing interest in the book.
Yay! My Edward is a hottie!
