I have just murdered your eyes with lethal adorableness!

This is something I threw together for my nieces. I showed them this picture [link] and they went psycho over its cuteness. Thus they demanded I draw them baby manticores. It took them a while to talk me into it, but my nieces are cute, and I surrender easily to thier flakey cuteness. And they said they were going to hang it on their wall.

ABOUT MANTICORES
So I draw these creatures a lot, and I always get a bunch of questions about them. Manticores are part lion, human, scorpion, with three rows of lethal teeth, and some manticores have wings. Their scorpion tails also have ejectable poison darts for mass killings. Manticores are famous for their eating habits: They do such a thorough job eating that they do not leave a trace behind. For example, say you wander across the path of a manticore, he will not only eat you, but your cloths, your cellphone, and the bike you were riding.

Manticores are intelligent creatures, capable of speaking in human languages. And NO, they do NOT eat their own young! They are very proud and vain creatures, which they reflect upon their young, who are extremely spoiled by thier parents. It takes both parents to raise these high-maintenance cubs, so Daddy sticks around. He would never leave his mate anyway, because she's so hard to find and it's very difficult to win her over. But once she's won, she's won, and he would never risk losing her and they spend the rest of their lives together, even after their young have gone.--And wo be unto the hapless victim who finds his way into the territory of "married" manticores, for he shall surely become a romantic dinner for two.

I will not bore you with more manticore information, even though I'm tempted to tell you how the cubs slowly reach adulthood. This is the kind of junk I think up when I'm drawing pics like these. I am SUCH a nerd!
